Miao Fermented Sour Soup

Miao Fermented Sour Soup is the most typical dish of Fenghuang. The making of sour soup is very simple. Boil vegetables, cucumber, pepper and carrot until almost done, take them out and pack them tightly into jars, then put some vinegar, spice and cool water in the jars and wait for seven to eight days until the sour soup is done. Sour soup not only tastes refreshing but also whet the appetite and aids digestion.
